The Work

Over nearly a decade Diamante A&T has dedicated five special editions to diamond wire, with the aim of providing a significant overview of the evolution of this technology, from traditional to innovative applications.

The collection gathers technical articles and scientific papers previously published, in chronological order, covering the period 1995-2021. Each volume documents a specific historical phase of diamond wire evolution, allowing the reader to follow the process that has led this technology to become a leading solution in the cutting of natural stones, particularly granite, on multiwire machines.

An important synergy between research, production and application, which has led to configurations and results unimaginable at the beginning of the journey. In these collections we recognise the passion and dedication of the Authors, to whom our renewed thanks go.
